To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 忘記了多久沒來大快活了，以前經常來開餐，不論是早餐、下午茶和晚飯。沒來的原因，除了因為多了選擇之外，最主要的原因是，這些連鎖快餐店，價錢愈來愈貴。更甚者，是份量也愈來愈少。幫趁快餐店，只因為大件夾抵食，條件改變了，有選擇的話，便會以腳來投票。今日去完超市，見到已是下午茶時間，人流不多便進去看看。見到這個$24的「精選茶餐」頗為抵食，又有我喜歡吃的珍寶腸，便來個舊夢重溫。這個餐其實可以有不同的配搭，單是多士的醬料已可揀奶油、奶醬、油醬和沒上餐牌的果占，又可再變出奶占、油占和占醬了。而且，醬料的份量也不少，我塗完多士後，奶油還剩下一大半，其實有點浪費。牛油是用Anchor，也算落本。一般快餐店，多士都是預先烘好，所以不會新鮮熱辣辣。我會點「多士飛邊」，這樣便會即時才烘，便可吃新鮮的多士了！湯粉麵可選米粉或上海幼麵，我頗喜歡大快活的幼麵，早餐會揀香辣醬肉上海幼麵，今次想食雪菜肉絲。雪菜肉絲和幼麵的份量也很多，味道沒變，算是不錯。而我最喜歡吃的珍寶腸，絕對是啖啖肉，亦很好吃。至於奶茶，今日做得一般，有時水準也不錯。吃完整個餐，實在是飽飽！下午茶還有很多款茶餐，不過價錢似乎稍高，這個「精選」是較
