To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 算係幾好的茶餐廳

新開之後個個禮拜都嚟幾次 早午晚都食過 服務幾好 食物質素大部分都算唔錯。下午茶餐嗰個火腿炒蛋菠蘿包暫時係最正話攞獎個咖哩牛腩 除咗鹹咗啲 都好好味不過有幾樣食物就有啲怪:下午茶餐海南雞飯 雞同飯嘅味道雖然ok 雞肉好靭 但好乾硬點解蕃茄湯嘅粉麵係辣嘅 即時同個侍應講 淨係話畀我聽蕃茄湯唔會辣 我而家咪話畀你知辣囉 重複幾次先聽得明 我話可能係啲肉醬 佢話同廚房講 不過睇到佢行去抹下手 就走返返嚟 敷衍我囉 真係有問題的話 唔同廚房講都同經理講聲啦蕃茄湯底食物系辣已經夠怪 重要有冇註明 真係唔食辣嘅 盞要換過畀人西多士唔知點解有陣魚腥味 又係勁奇怪同埋啲冷氣使唔使咁凍!好似環保紙巾都唔畀張 (佢哋係有準備的)， 但每杯奶茶都擠支膠羹喺度做乜，畀隻細更唔得咩，即係唔畀自己其實係孤寒想慳錢做街坊生意 希望真係可以做好啲 否則就苦了班街坊 。
