To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

廚房出單亂黎, 你可能叫個公仔麵等45分鍾, 有次仲谷氣, 叫涼瓜牛肉飯等左半粒鐘, 問佢竟然話未有單要等齊2碟先炒!! 真係火都黎埋﹐以後全中環食店無晒位都唔會再入去. 早幾日行過見到個亞嬸同個細路屙尿, 射正門口等候洗既杯碟, 佢地竟然若無其事!!!!!!!!!其實呢間野早期唔錯, 早餐做得幾好, 今日搞成咁睇怕遲早玩完。
