萬聖節和朋友一聚,在太子吃一餐串燒大餐。店內大部分人都有預約,可見其很受歡迎。蒜蓉燒茄子(原條)($40),向來不吃茄子,但這條茄子燒得太好吃,結果吃了半條。大量香蒜蓉蓋滿在茄子上,一條茄子兩邊分開,平鋪在碟上。夾起時呈一絲絲狀,燒得非常入味香口。翠肉瓜($32)爽口,能嚐到少量翠肉瓜的瓜汁。多春魚(3條)($25),多春魚外皮,內裏有爽口的魚籽,蘸點酸辣汁非常惹味。燒日本甜心蕃薯($18),蕃薯微甜軟糯。燒過後更突出蕃薯的香味。菠蘿($20),份量足,燒得多汁香口。燒過後的菠蘿,其水份會蒸發,增加果肉裏的糖份比例,故比一般菠蘿更甜。韮菜($19),韮菜如嫩一點更好,同樣燒得清爽香口。串燒豆腐($22),外脆內軟,蘸點附設的酸辣醬汁,更突出豆腐的香嫩。牛油金菇包($40),招牌食物,以錫紙包着金菇,內裏滿滿牛油,打開錫紙,香郁的牛油香撲鼻而來,拌着爽口的金菇,是必點的食物。加多寶($19),吃了一串串香辣的串燒,喝一口加多寶,頓時解辣。津路烏龍茶($20),是另一個解辣消滯的選擇。鹽燒馬友($148),一大條馬友燒得恰到好處。皮燒得非常香脆,能鎖緊魚肉的水份,魚肉生鮮軟嫩多汁。份量大,
