南亞餐廳已經歷了兩次結業,今次第三次重開,背負著歷史包袱開店從來都不是易事,甚至比開全新店更加困難,既不想有負上一代的名聲,又要想出新橋子吸客。除了泰菜外,東南亞食品亦對口胃,貪其簡便快捷,一個海南雞飯或一個喇沙就可攪掂一餐。夜晚喺亞士厘道想簡簡單單食完飯就返屋企,見到南亞餐廳,入去每人食碟飯就攪掂。南亞餐廳以海南雞飯馳名,就叫海南雞飯轉雞脾,雞肉嫩滑有雞味,有酸青瓜片墊底奉客。油飯淡黃濕潤而不爛,飯粒有光澤,做得不錯。摩囉雞飯有兩大件炸雞,我食果舊近翼位,熱辣嫩滑,另有辣醬配番茄青瓜、半隻蛋、炸花生小魚,食材豐富。再叫多一個小食藍青口配多士伴喇沙汁,配搭創新,藍青口嫩滑無渣,不過青口本身掛汁能力不高,如果唔連汁飲,食唔到喇沙汁味。多士冇再焗熱同落牛油,既不熱又不脆,點汁食有點韌,再焗熱會好食好多。

再叫多一個小食藍青口配多士伴喇沙汁,配搭創新,藍青口嫩滑無渣,不過青口本身掛汁能力不高,如果唔連汁飲,食唔到喇沙汁味。多士冇再焗熱同落牛油,既不熱又不脆,點汁食有點韌,再焗熱會好食好多。
