今天同朋友撘上法國風味午餐,去到銅鑼灣一間勁有格調嘅法國餐廳。場內擺設得一流,feel到滿滿法蘭西氣氛,坐低經已好期待喇。嚟咗啲咩菜式?我地首先嗌咗個Tartare,初頭諗住會有啲驚怕,生牛肉咩嘛,但勁正!洋蔥碎帶啲辛香,配埋呢個crispy嘅餅皮,一流。朋友先嗌啲Duck Confit,講真,果啲鴨皮脆得嚟仲帶點香,鴨肉嫩滑,加埋黑松露,莫挨唔食嘅feel。另一盤carbonara同黑松露亦扎眼,意粉質感得嚟,仲有芝士味,撈埋一齊,呢個味道呢個smoothness,正!至於LA Terre-neuve,眼前一亮,圓咁樣嘅靚蛋,煙三文魚一咬開,滋味夠晒鮮,實在話語難盡。結尾點咗LA Poire薄餅作甜品,啲朱古力碎梨雪糕嘅組合,真係咁滑咁香甜到家,賞心悅目。飲唔飲杯紅酒?既然法國菜,當然要嚟兩杯,好好嗱嚼酒香,食完覺得雖則食得滿足,但又唔會過於飽脹。總結,今次食飯真係心花怒放,服務同食物質素都係頂級,食咗都話好!🍷👌🥘
