To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工突然好想食D簡單野，經過太子就諗起金華平時通常幫襯佢嘅波籮油，不過鑑於晩餐都係有米落肚好D我同男朋友分別叫左一個餐蛋飯同豬扒飯，哈哈，好簡單嘅野，但其實好難好好食，呢度算唔錯，餐肉有D厚度，正！豉油汁係重點，有好多餐廳D豉油汁係美極，搞到我男朋友個次食慾不振。所以每次都問一問，哈哈！有次問金華豉油汁係咪美極，侍應話：梗係唔係啦。所以男朋友一想食豉油野就會㨂金華
