To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又黎牛角,去完LCX行街最好就去呢到食晚飯,首先去枱號先,跟住行街,行到差不多就有得食 ,唔會等好耐。首先要講我次次黎牛角都會食嘅牛角飯,佢簡單得黎又好味,份量啱啱好。牛角飯好味在於佢夠清香夠簡單,飯入面配有紫菜條同温泉蛋,日本米軟硬又啱啱好,撈埋一齊食味道真係唔講得笑。除左呢個飯,我每次都會叫係椰菜沙律,呢個沙律清清地最啱配烤肉,椰菜每次食都係好新鮮,但略為大塊,如果可以精細d重好味,配麻香醬汁,好好味好開胃。輪到烤肉,牛肉同海鮮一定唔小得,鍾意佢地嘅大蝦好鮮甜又夠大隻,牛肉夠淋身有牛味,油脂分佈平均所以烤完重有好多汁唔會乾,配佢地供應嘅蒜鹽汁係最好味。蔬菜方面除粟米外,其他例如茄子就好難燒得好,因為好易燶同乾,我就唔多鍾意。最後一定要食佢地個甜品銅鑼燒,紅豆餅面夾雪糕,又軟又滑,燒到外面熱辣辣,入面d雪糕都唔會溶,超好味呀!!!呢到雖然唔會食到有咩超級驚喜嘅食物,但勝在環境舒服又唔拘束,食物份量又啱啱好(以兩個人計),肉食海鮮款式都夠多,價錢又唔過高,如果好彩坐到餐廳尾個卡位,可以望住個靚境食,真係好relax好正, 咁辛苦搵錢都係為呢一刻啫
