To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又來了最麻煩的用餐時間在中環上班的人知道在中環找吃也不是簡單尤其在星期六日很多餐廳也不開門，只是能到普通的快餐店找吃，完全沒有新意早上個月見到這間新冰室在裝修今天終有機會過來試試，在下午茶的時段也很多人幸好樓上有雅座，坐得還可以叫了一份腿蛋治 烘底一上枱都有小小驚喜賣相我給八分，真不錯👍🏻麵包吃時脆口，也有牛油在內🤤唯獨要挑剔的是 個蛋不是太有蛋味(不過我相信無咩人會在意了吧)另外，其實叫了個即炒 西炒飯，忘了影相也有獲氣，味道也中上 份量可接受下次可再來這冰室試午餐🥣

叫了一份腿蛋治 烘底
一上枱都有小小驚喜
賣相我給八分，真不錯👍🏻
麵包吃時脆口，也有牛油在內🤤
唯獨要挑剔的是 個蛋不是太有蛋味(不過我相信無咩人會在意了吧)

另外，其實叫了個即炒 西炒飯，忘了影相
也有獲氣，味道也中上 份量可接受
