To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這日想吃個簡單清淡一點的午餐，於是到了九龍城德昌。我吃了碗雙拼魚丸貢丸米粉($28)，加杯凍奶茶($15)。魚蛋彈牙味道亦帶點鮮甜，而貢丸爽甜，兩款丸都好吃。米粉煮得軟硬適中。這店飲品一律單點不設跟餐。不過收得$15一杯，亦交足貨有茶香及很大杯！order了少甜的奶茶甜度剛好。如果你不喜歡太甜的茶（或有打算喝到所有冰都溶了），我就建議要記得order'少甜'，因為這少甜凍奶茶甜度就如一般'正常'奶茶的甜度，可想像如果正常甜度的話應該會頗甜。
