老公剛剛轉到大埔工作,問問住大埔的同事有什麽好吃時,她二話不說就介紹此間。怎知到老公幫襯後還介紹去吃,讚不絕口。今天老公返半天,就特地去接佢放工順道試試他們讚不絕口的小店,當然還叫了幾位朋友一起食啦。老公介紹叫一份醉雞脾加一碗淨河粉是首選。醉雞脾是凍的但香香的酒味,喝一啖汁甘甘微甜微咸好醒胃,雞肉入味又大份正。河粉要記得說要蔥,蔥花香氣撲鼻,河粉湯底已很濃厚(不過也忍不住加了醉雞汁)。我們還一次過叫了,炸豬排。簡直好味到爆外脆內軟又香,必叫之物。老公話豬雜又係要必試既,我淨係狂食腸而我老公的朋友就清晒的潤。再叫左清湯腩,雖然好林好牛味,但朋友嫌瘦了一點。還有必叫小食豬頭肉,食落好似豬耳甘但好煙un餸河粉一流。仲有要叫青菜,老板會問你想要咩汁。蠔油,豉油定腩汁,我地當然選腩汁啦還叫了鹵水雞翼,真係入味到可以成碟食晒啦6個人叫到張枱擺唔晒埋單都唔過肆佰,係邊度搵呀~簡直超值
