To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田的餐廳很多都吃悶了便想到很久沒去的宜家家俬餐廳。來到時大概七點多，餐廳內已經人山人海，位子都是滿滿的，而買東西吃的人龍亦不短。那就先看看吃些甚麼!瑞典肉丸配意粉 ($39):肉丸鬆化，肉味甚濃，雖然是雪藏貨，但質感亦不是乾巴巴的。意粉當然不能期望是Al dente，但亦不會過淋。酥皮三文魚菠菜芝士餡 ($39): 相比起starbucks/ pacific coffee 的pies，酥皮較厚，牛油味比較弱，麵粉味較重，但賣相脹卜卜的，挺可愛！三文魚質感不是太乾，混著香濃的菠菜芝士餡吃，味道亦不錯。蔬菜薯餅 ($15 for 2): 味道最出眾! 內裡有西蘭花，薯仔粒，忌廉，芝士。薯餅外脆內軟，充滿著西蘭花，比起炸薯餅健康得多！非常喜歡那些粒粒的薯仔，口感豐富，吃著吃著滿口濃郁的芝士味！濃郁
