Restaurant: 復興粥麵專家
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

簡單街坊生意麵檔

在荔景站, 大多的香港人都會用作轉車之用,所以每天的人流量都極之高，但會不會代表在荔景站或附近的食市極度多人?原來都不是,今天有幸見識了一間專做街坊生意的麵檔。它在荔景站商場出口轉左位置, 一直前行的市集附近。入到去, 見到裝修並不是十分輝煌, 因為街坊生意嘛，但環境都算企理乾淨。餐廳有各種麵類和粥品, 十分多選擇。但因為見完客，食既時間都已經約四點幾, 所以一心諗住簡單地食碗牛腩麵.嘩! d 牛腩肥瘦適中, 牛味濃郁，而且份量都幾多。愛牛之人應該會幾滿足。麵底亦不會太腍，算有咬口。所以呢度既一碗簡單的湯麵都可以當一餐了.再加多一支大可樂, 對於本來諗住hea 食的我, 都飽到爭d 連晚餐都食不到😆
