就如大部分食家所講,餐廳內部真係似補習社,估計佢哋係想幫補支出,以前睇過農場餐廳嘅報道,原來曾經好輝煌,老闆好有雄心壯志去經營,可惜光輝不再。都幾多選擇嘅,醬汁方面有芥末/紅酒呢類特別小小的,都有啲希望。個餐湯好香!好重牛味!應該係煲咗好耐嘅牛骨,每一啖都有牛嘅精華,雖然佢賣相真係好普通好家常,估佢唔到!牛扒仲可以揀幾多成熟,於是:肉眼扒五成,極級牛肩肉七成。肉眼扒5成啱啱好,配埋芥末汁,估唔到都幾夾;牛肩肉叫7成熟結果有啲老,仲要咁啱成塊扒都有筋所以好難嚼。。。 不過食正肥膏嘅位置就好香, 可能係我揀得唔好;番茄有煎過呢下覺得佢哋都幾有心思,只係諗唔明點解要加粟米蓉,for配菜點嚟食?不過整體唔差,似花園餐廳略平版。
