To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

向來喜歡異國菜跟試新食物 😋 今天有事出港島區，順便一試 on list 的饃饃餃子店子就在交通迴旋處與地鐵站C出口對面，很好找的，店子簡潔清新，開放式廚房看到食材排放得井井有條很乾淨，向來玻璃肚的我，一向因衛生問題抗拒他們街頭食物的我也食指大動看中了爆汁薯仔香脆波波 #panipuri (素 veg 🥬)材料：香料薯蓉、酸辣凍湯、脆炸波波Ingredients: mashed potato, spiced water, crspiy flour 外脆、內軟、爆汁 🤪 小朋友、對於喜歡香脆食物跟多重口感的人絕對會喜歡，玩味很重的一道小吃另外試了他們的招牌菜招牌爆汁蒸饃饃餃子（雞肉）配芝麻花生汁Steam chicken Momo (peanut sesame sauce)雞肉本身味道清新，不過我吃的時候可能過了太久，感受不到爆汁了。汁就像沙嗲醬，個人覺得不沾醬也不錯的整體感覺不錯，有機會會再試試其他菜式

爆汁薯仔香脆波波 #panipuri (素 veg 🥬)
材料：香料薯蓉、酸辣凍湯、脆炸波波
Ingredients: mashed potato, spiced water, crspiy flour

外脆、內軟、爆汁 🤪 小朋友、對於喜歡香脆食物跟多重口感的人絕對會喜歡，玩味很重的一道小吃

另外試了他們的招牌菜
招牌爆汁蒸饃饃餃子（雞肉）配芝麻花生汁
Steam chicken Momo (peanut sesame sauce)

雞肉本身味道清新，不過我吃的時候可能過了太久，感受不到爆汁了。汁就像沙嗲醬，個人覺得不沾醬也不錯的

整體感覺不錯，有機會會再試試其他菜式
