To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

光顧了元氣很多次,亦試過不同的分店,今日第一次光顧此間元氣,一個字形容「差」。第一,元氣的高速線送的壽司沒有提示燈,壽司一直停在元氣帶上,食客用膳當中又甚知道有壽司到了。第二,下午茶餐有5件壽司,壽司是兩件兩件分開上的,我今日點選了兩個茶餐,我甚麼知道這兩件是哪一個茶餐的呢?第三,額外點選了一個牛油果蟹肉沙律,份量少,只有兩條生菜,與其他分店實在分別太大,職員的回應是計重量上菜的,我只好無言以對。這間元氣分店真係要努力改善食物質素及服務。
