To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年尾時候又係加班旺季, 今晚都唔例外, 加完班成個人散晒兼肚餓, 一於就響附近食晚餐. 一個人簡單選擇Delifrance, 貪佢一定有位, 一個人食又唔怪, 而且味道都唔錯.要個菠蘿蕃茄鮮蘑菇扁意粉($62)扁意粉幾煙韌彈牙, 唔會淋到一PAT PAT, 鍾意食扁意粉, 因為卷起上黎食無咁容易跌晒落碟. 醬汁方面係蕃茄醬, 就算加埋菠蘿都唔會太酸, 酸中帶甜, 而且仲有蕃茄碎. 另配料仲有蘑菇, 幾爽口. 配料幾樣份量都幾多, 唔會得幾粒. 另外跟餐配咖啡, 咖啡自己加黃糖, 所以調較得剛剛好, 甜中帶出咖啡香味, 唔會太濃. 而且咖啡口感夠滑. 幾十蚊餐黎講, 食物同環境都算乾淨企利, 係一人晚餐既不二之選.
