蛋白像用火槍輕輕燒了點,發打得好企身,軟棉的又充滿蛋白香,就算浸下雲呢拿葡萄酒中亦沒有輕易沉下,雲呢拿汁需說加了意大利葡萄酒,但只是加強了甜味而已,不會醉的; 而碟邊拖肥與整個甜品很配合,甜度討好又不飽滯。
