To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這個素排是近似吉列豬扒的做法,但𥚃面的饀料當然是素食。饀料是香料薯蓉,外面則蓋滿麵飽糠。炸得金黃的素排,外脆內軟,一點也不覺肥膩,味道有點辣,可以佐以茄汁同吃,增加酸甜味,更可解辣。

黃飯用了印度香料和印度米炒成,細長的米飯,比較鬆散,粘性亦較低,做炒飯就最適合,加入香脆的腰果令黃飯增添口感。
