Came on a racing day for lunch buffet, first time to shatin racecourse tho not a fan of betting. They don’t have wide variety of food but quality is pretty good, always prefer quality to quantity.I like the spacious environment, got a table next to the window with good view to the racecourse. The onsen egg and salad roe with seaweed is definitely my favorite. The egg is nicely cooked with a smoky kind of flavour, salmon roe and the seaweed add an extra texture to it, very nice!
