颱風剛下了﹐便出旺角逛逛街﹐夜了肚子開始肚餓﹐剛經過太子附近看見有間籠太子點心専門店﹐店內裝修好有懷舊感覺﹐四周掛滿了雀籠﹐夜茶也是第一次﹐這家點心款式也不少﹐有懷舊也有創新﹐我們隨意點了幾款點心,有原隻鮑魚燒賣、蝦餃皇、棉花雞、鮮蝦腐皮卷、流沙奶黃飽、原隻鮮蝦腸、鮮芒果布甸。所有點心都是即點即做,原隻鮑魚燒賣的鮑魚大大隻,燒賣豬肉餡比例剛好,不會有肥膩感覺﹐蝦餃皇晶瑩通透,皮薄鮮蝦肉做餡,蝦肉爽口鮮甜,棉花雞的魚肚索滿雞汁而雞肉是用雞脾肉無骨啖啖肉﹐鮮蝦腐皮卷外層煎微微焦濃香脆﹐蝦肉鮮甜爽口﹐流沙飽皮薄餡多﹐餡汁流晒出來﹐名副其實的真正流沙飽﹐原隻鮮蝦腸的原隻蝦也很大而腸粉皮很滑口,而鮮芒果布甸也很創新﹐三個小杯一啖一口芒果肉配以芒果汁﹐也是不錯的甜點﹐食了這麼多的點心﹐埋單竟然只需$164真划算。
