To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少可食一間野可以道道菜都令我相當滿意平時總有一兩樣值得挑剔之處今次去機場接機 順道食埋飯就試到呢間相當唔錯既上海菜正唔正宗我就唔知啦 我又未食過D貴野好野不過以呢個價位黎講 真係已經交足功課叫左前菜──雞絲粉皮小菜──黃金蝦小菜──糖醋魚柳主食──擔擔面主食──小籠包甜品──香蕉高力豆沙雞絲粉皮,麻醬味好香好香,略唔夠咸,不過雞絲真係切到絲咁幼,好利害黃金蝦,值得一讚再讚再讚,上檯一刻,一陣咸蛋黃同牛油混和既香氣馬上令我食慾大爭! 由於等人,都放左10分鐘先食,但連殼炸依然非常脆口,可以吞埋D殼糖醋魚柳,魚質嫩滑,雖然食落唔會脆口,但糖醋汁被充分吸收,而且甜味同酸味調配得剛剛好,亦唔會有過份重既菠蘿、甜椒味道擔擔面,雖然叫左小辣,但仲係好辣好香麻油味同花生味,雖然冇乜送,但係淨係面同飲湯就已經好滿足,如果可以比多d花生粒就更好啦小籠包,又一城瀚騰閣好食過佢,而且$24四隻亦唔算好抵,不過有湯汁,唔易穿,肉質唔錯,收貨了香蕉高力豆沙,好特別既一道甜品,外層撒上葡萄糖,入口有冰涼口感,咬落有鬆軟既一層粉(唔知點叫果層野)再之後係好綿既豆沙,最後係冰凍既香蕉,包你一試愛上環境,位於機場,夠

服務,侍應既服務個別上一般,不過經理部長果D就好好

衛生,完全冇問題,而且部份廚房係開放式,可清楚見到師傅拉面
抵食,米芝蓮推介,而且味道又真係唔錯,三個人埋單$400有找
