今個禮拜係西貢廟會,特登同朋友揸車入嚟食,其實一心係諗住入黎掃街,但係檔檔小食都打蛇餅🙈我餓鬼死人等唔到喇⋯之後我哋四個就走咗去全記食海鮮。話晒都米之蓮推介咁之前都食過OK嘅但係呢唔係埋邊呢座,咁我阿姐帶到我哋埋邊咪照入去食囉。我哋叫咗個四人餐,因為懶得落去揀海鮮。揀五個餸分別係揀咗椒鹽魷魚,古法椒鹽鮑魚,椒鹽賴尿蝦,白灼蝦,豉椒炒蜆,蒜蓉炒菜心。係⋯三個椒鹽🙈四個人每人揀一個既結果~首先上咗白灼蝦啲蝦都幾大隻,新鮮嘅啲肉夠實嘅,隻隻有手指公咁大,我諗成碟都有半斤左右。豉椒炒蜆啲蜆好細隻,個汁好鹹,冇乜肉殼多。椒鹽鮮魷啲魷魚好薄好細塊,份量只係普通飲茶隻碟咁上下。仲好多粉🙄上嘅時候就有兩個汁,一個係泰式酸辣汁一個係喼汁。古法椒鹽鮑魚係好似同椒鹽魷魚咁,又係有層粉炸炸佢,鮑魚size有匙羹咁大隻都OK。新鮮嘅都但有肉質彈牙有鮮味。椒鹽賴尿蝦呢就得兩隻size似500ml膠汽水樽左右,剪開八舊俾我哋食🙄。呢個就冇包粉呀,所以就食到佢啲椒鹽黐住係個殼上面,嗰殼呢就有啲軟好難起,可能脫殼中佢地自動上埋較剪方便食,味道ok不過油左啲。碟油菜呢真係等左好耐⋯可能海鮮酒家真係唔買菜😂碟菜起碼等左20
