To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情持續,提前一個月預定了天龍軒的生日晚餐並要求餐廳預留了窗邊座位。晚餐預定的6點,很幸運當天天氣不錯能見度很高能飽覽整個海景。不得不讚一下米其林餐廳的服務是真的不錯,我們4個人點了4個不同的湯和7個菜,期間每吃完一道菜都會幫我們更換餐具,讓整個用餐過程都非常愉悅。食物方面,首先燉湯味道有點小失望,和其他中餐廳的差不多沒有覺得特別好喝,不過食材用料很足。我覺得沒有太大必要點,喝完湯還挺飽腹後面的菜基本吃不太下了。推薦一定要點蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒和窩貼蝦多士,很好吃是必點,另外推薦三文魚籽松露煎帶子味道也很好,喜歡吃蟹的朋友可以點炸釀蟹蓋。至於其它的菜品就正常好吃的味道。
