To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新開張試下午茶叫了兩個餐本人叫了雪菜豬扒米餐,追加蔥油餅$6,餐飲要了柚子茶柚子茶正常,柚子蜜足料。蔥油餅夠熱,味道OK,但比較實,不酥脆。雪菜味道偏似咸酸,湯底一般,但咸淡適中,最差是米粉,是半透明果種,不是傳統食開白色果D,我最憎,全碗最好的是那感覺似是"半塊"的豬扒,夠厚,咬落鬆彈,醃味道似大x樂一哥焗豬扒飯的豬扒,是好味的。朋友的米線,試了米線,比平時的粗小小,有點煙UN,好過米粉,奶茶一般正常。散叫的,即炸熱辣辣,不鹹,嚴格沒有椒鹽味,但個人覺得炸豆腐就是好味。還有自助調味吧的辣椒油,是似深啡色有豆豉在內的,幾野味!
