To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日天氣寒冷，係食麻辣米線嘅日子。平時呢間鋪午市都好多人，今日見到有位就即刻坐低試吓啦。叫左個腩肉、牛腩加竹笙麻醉辣小辣小鍋米線。味道不錯，冇譚仔嗰啲一隻死鹹味，小鍋酸菜同埋肉碎都唔錯，小辣既辣度都啱啱好不過可能因為午市關係，d姐姐態度好一般。本來坐位已經好迫，姐姐拎住碗熱辣辣既米線都會當你無地咁行過。佢哋仲會大大聲互相喺度鬧交（同客人無關）。可能有人覺得咁樣係親切啲啦，我真係不敢恭維啦，最怕被佢地太大動作整污糟

不過可能因為午市關係，d姐姐態度好一般。本來坐位已經好迫，姐姐拎住碗熱辣辣既米線都會當你無地咁行過。佢哋仲會大大聲互相喺度鬧交（同客人無關）。可能有人覺得咁樣係親切啲啦，我真係不敢恭維啦，最怕被佢地太大動作整污糟
