To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人唔知食咩好，梗係食米線啦，雖然我唔食得辣，不過好鍾意食麻辣。雖然葵涌廣場都有一間譚仔，但係人山人海，特別係隔日嘅時候，嗰條馬路個對面，就小人好多啦。一個人食一碗譚仔米線坐喺度都唔會覺得尷尬，食物水準依舊，唔會失望，米線煮嘅軟硬度適中，唔會太硬，今日叫左鮮牛肉，牛肉有啲碎，唔係一整片，10小辣依舊美味，但係朋友話酸辣都好好食，下次再試。但係服務態度就要改善，嗰個服務姐姐實在太惡啦，一個唔繁忙嘅時間，佢都要強迫安排座位，實在需要改進呢。
