To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日阿仔家長晚會，兩公婆嗱嗱臨食個晚餐，老婆揀來揀去，最後都係去食米線🤣呢間三哥米線地方夠寬敞，唔會迫迫夾夾，坐得都算舒服。魚片頭炸醬米線，麻辣10小辣魚片頭夠彈牙，炸醬辣辣地甜甜地，食落好開胃，米線夠爽口，湯底係我哋最愛，有小小麻感，又不太辣。腩肉魚腐米線，麻辣10小辣腩肉夠多，肥瘦均勻，有口感，魚腐嫩滑，吸哂湯底嘅麻辣味，正。米線夠爽口，湯底唔太辣，有麻感。
