To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前新開嘅時候甚至要排隊，而家無咁誇張，不過就長期都有唔少人。平日晚7點零黎到，岩岩好樓下有位，唔使上樓梯。三小辣麻辣湯底。辣度喺BB辣之後就四小辣起跳，相對頗辣，亦有麻味。另外食過沙嗲同酸辣湯底，沙嗲個味就濃味啲，辣黎講就麻辣會純粹啲，稍微係油膩左少少，但米線鋪食到呢隻有層次嘅辣已經好ok。麵質黎講都係好，唔會煮到淋曬。一個餸，雞肉份量夠亦好食。$37黎講算中等價錢啦，不過無論你係鍾意食米線定鍾意食辣，應該都唔會失望。
