To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我一向係譚仔控，呢排周圍見到佢嘅新出品麻辣汁烤雞🐔炸醬撈米線🍜宣傳海報，梗係要試吓啦😋今次係外賣order，平時食湯米線就試得多，撈米線就未試過，加埋惹味炸醬配料，果然係絕配喎😗。佢預設為五小辣，啱晒我唔係太食得辣嘅食客😁烤雞🐔肉味道濃郁，有口感，但我就略嫌份量太少喇，下次唔該加返多啲啦😜。整體感覺係好味嘅，會再幫襯，不過下次試吓堂食撈米線先。
