To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘區又係美食雲集嘅地方，要係E一區脫穎而出實在一啲都唔簡單👍🏼今次要介紹嘅E一間米線店，開業唔算好耐，但已經係網人見到唔少人提及，佢就係「香格里拉米線專門店」。嚟到鋪頭，已經見到店員做到踢曬腳咁。坐底睇下個餐牌，有形形式式唔同嘅米線食材配搭。除此之外，都有唔同口味嘅雞翼同埋蒜泥白肉等等嘅小食可以點。更加特別嘅係佢仲點串燒嚟食添！😜今次點咗BB辣嘅腩肉同埋鮮竹蝦春卷米線嚟試一試佢先🍜對於唔係好食得辣嘅我嚟講，佢嘅BB辣恰到好處，湯底唔會太過辣又惹味。👍🏼腩肉同鮮竹蝦風卷亦都各有風味！下次再去觀塘要再幫襯佢！
