To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

米線關注組推介 — 香格里拉米線🍜▫️呢間位於牛頭角嘅香格里拉米線係米線關注組裏面推薦嘅其中一間，今次就一於黎試吓啦～▫️春卷酸辣米線酸辣湯底叫咗中辣，覺得酸味比較淡，不過辣味濃，米線口感好煙韌。▫️雞肉春卷肥牛米線叫左沙嗲四小辣湯底，味道香甜，不錯👍🏻會想再食多次沙嗲湯底，但下次會想試吓叫小辣/中辣沙嗲😆本身叫咗豬紅但係冇晒，所以就改咗肥牛，肥牛正正常常。雞肉好嫩滑，佢唔係雞絲，而係好似雞柳咁滑身～▫️鮮竹蝦春卷($18)呢碟係另外上嘅。即叫即炸，唔會驚個皮會林晒，好食😋仲要係$18有四舊，真係好抵🤩▫️整體份量都好多！都真係食到勁飽！建議大家下次黎可以試吓佢哋嘅沙嗲湯底！▫️地址：香格里拉米線專門店 (觀塘)觀塘牛頭角道345號地舖

酸辣湯底叫咗中辣，覺得酸味比較淡，不過辣味濃，米線口感好煙韌。
