呢間米線賣點係「連湯飲嘅米線」,以藥膳米湯作主打。米線忠粉一定要嚟試下。個湯底偏白色,一飲落去係好香濃嘅椰子味,好清甜,飲完都唔口渴。上面有五、六舊雞,啲雞好滑,而且有椰子湯味,配料有菇仔同雲耳,感覺好養生,食完都健康啲。呢個就係純雞湯熬成,加埋蟲草花、知竹、菇仔、杞子、紅棗去煮,好香雞味之餘味道都好有層次。香米雞件一樣好香好滑,加錢可另加配菜。加咗$12一份豬軟骨。叫咗兩款花雕煮嘅小食,首先係花雕醉雞翼,雞翼好入味,有好香嘅花雕味,甜甜地,又唔會苦,連骨都好入味。花雕溏心蛋嘅花雕味相對地濃,有少少蓋過咗本身嘅蛋味,半熟蛋黃,個蛋都好食,不過相比起我鍾意個雞翼多啲。
