To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為米線控嘅我，經常周圍試食不同餐廳嘅米線🍜呢間都差不多係我最愛頭幾名次🥰❤️雞絲+滷水豬大腸小鍋米線（少辣）$59（加一杯凍飲）少辣其實差不多唔辣咁濟，但試過佢嘅中辣，我食唔到😆湯底帶少少酸，所以不太愛酸嘅我仲可以接受，個酸菜都好好味。唔係間間米線鋪都有雞絲order，就算有都唔係一絲絲嘅，呢間睇得出係人手撕👍🏻好有心思滷水豬大腸，好軟好入味🤤而且餸嘅份量算多，大大兜，男士都絕對夠食。
