To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去登龍街，目的通常都是去試新拉麵，但下雨兼排長龍，唯有去譚仔填飽肚子。譚仔還需要介紹嗎？但以1 億營業額算，每人消費＄50 ，即每年約每4人便有1人吃過譚仔了。這即是代表價廉物美了。我只為充飢，叫了一碗豬潤4小辣米缐。豬潤切得薄細，吃起來便將不滑不爽的缺點掩過。米缐好像又轉了品質，略硬也欠米香味。剩下是那千年一樣的雞湯底o即使千年一樣,卻同樣可口。當然一碗100 圓的拉麵一定好飲過譚仔的，但我卻不認為好飲過譚仔3 倍。整體來說，$34 ，＄44 享受。最後要提提的，是這店很有style ,像Apple 店的genesis bar 一樣，枱面除了一些廣告貼紙外,什麼也沒有，也沒有隱藏的櫃桶，只有非常簡潔的枱面。譚仔，不單是平食，更是哲學了。
