To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上週到了米芝蓮一星粵菜餐廳「翠玉軒」開飯,翻看舊文,上年的三月份也來吃過一次。「脆脆龍鳳卷」一年前的食評是:「大概約有半罐 Red Bull 的分量,大得驚人!餡料有蝦肉,斑塊,芥蘭,甘荀等,點上喼汁同吃,一絕。」一年後,餡料明顯包得鬆散,也有點分得不均勻的情況;朕夾到的那件就只分到蝦肉,不覺斑塊。算是退步了吧 ?!「燒味拼盤」本人一向不太熱衷燒鵝;是日吃到的鵝皮是脆及熱的,竟然覺到不錯吃,連吃了兩件。梅頭叉燒半肥瘦,還是沒有被比下去。「一品砂碢鈑」一年前的評語:「這個真的是十個掂!味道似用鮑汁炒的福建炒飯,質感帶一點濕,碢底帶有飯焦,超棒。」一年後,飯乾身了,味道仍然是好的,鮑汁味濃,炒功精湛,不過就吃不到飯焦,感覺也不算是「超棒」。到蒸的點心類。「娥姐素粉果」依舊皮薄有緻,包得技巧嫻熟,蘸點辣椒油吃,同樣好得。是日也點了一些小菜,有「金銀蛋莧菜」、「鮑魚汁珍菌素千層」,我個人就對它們沒有甚麼感覺。總之一頓飯要有肉有菜,follow stereotype,大家就覺得對辦。最後壓軸的甜品 -「香格里拉糕」。香軟的小年糕,配上桂花糖,這個已成美氏集團旗下食肆最出色的甜品喇。年糕煙韌有米香
