To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚老公生日想搵個舒服啲嘅環境好好慶祝一下，所以就揀咗呢間米之蓮食府。入到餐廳個環境都好舒適，我哋先開咗一壼碧螺春，之後再諗下食啲咩先，我哋先叫咗兩個前菜，牛蒡加椒鹽九肚魚，一客炆牛尾，主菜有咖喱牛面肉，花雕蒸蝦撈河粉，先講九肚魚脆口多肉，而炆牛尾就一直係我地至愛，牛尾炆到入口即溶，而且非常濃味，咖喱牛面肉配上鍋巴，牛面肉軟身，鍋巴脆身，2樣夾埋一齊放入口一脆一軟，竟然可以咁夾，最後花雕蒸蝦，上枱先即場撈河粉，未食已經聞到陣陣酒香，而且大蝦鮮甜彈牙，老公都好滿意呢餐生日大餐
