喺尖沙咀心血來潮想食韓國菜,雖然呢區有條韓國街,但餐廳質素參差,醒起朋友介紹過呢間餐廳嘅煎餅就去一試。舖面幾大,疫情之下都接近滿座,有個韓國叔叔門面廚房一腳踢,睇黎真係韓國人經營嘅餐廳。呢度除左烤肉外,鍋物、海鮮、麵食等一應俱全,睇餐牌先知原來佢係米芝蓮推介嘅餐廳。坐低無耐會送上五碟前菜,有蒜芯、芽菜菠菜、泡菜同豆腐,唔夠的話可以去自助區加泡菜。 🍽炆宮中牛排骨 Palace Stewed Beef Short Ribs ($215)餐牌標明呢道係獲獎菜式,排骨炆到好入味同淋,骨同輕易分離,醬汁甜甜地唔太油,配料有蘿蔔、紅棗同冬菇,仲有幾條年糕,不過面頭嘅肉上枱時只係微暖,好彩個底嘅湯汁夠熱,將啲肉浸一浸湯都唔算大問題。 🍽烤五花肉 Roast Streaky Pork 180g ($160)呢度嘅五花肉肥瘦均匀,唔會 2/3都係肥膏,娘親話塊肉嘅質素唔錯,同價錢成正比,食落無豬羶味,燒到金黃色後充滿油香,肉質唔太靭,學當地人咁一片泡菜一片五花肉嘅食法會比較解膩。另外要讚下個爐會向下抽走油煙,所以店内唔會煙霧彌漫一朕味。 🍽海鮮葱煎餅 Seafood & Spring Onion Pa

最期待嘅煎餅果然無令我失望,鐵板上熱辣辣,煙靭得黎好足料,邊脆葱多夠香口,唔會太油,八爪魚好彈牙唔韌,唔點醬油都夠味。

餐廳都幾旺場所以有漏單情況,同店員反映後即刻幫我地跟進,可能即叫即製所以都再等左幾個字,但要讚下門口帶位嘅姨姨好好客,會問我地嘅意見仲邀請我地入會,整體黎講食物水平幾高,值得再訪。
