To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹這裡的大廚是米芝蓮食府出來的，一嚐之後，果然功架十足。今晚吃了以下菜式：墨魚片、千層豬耳、滷水鵝肝、醉鵝、凍魚、上湯蘿蔔、滷水鵝片。全部菜式也很滿意！特別是墨魚片和滷水鵝肝，外面根本吃不到！上湯蘿蔔看似簡單，卻做得清甜沒有渣！順帶一提，這裡的自家炒辣椒醬，好味極了，愛吃辣的一定要試。店面位置不多，會比較迫，也能聽到鄰桌對話。看見熟客很多，要有排隊的準備呢，但還是很值得的，有米芝蓮級數，卻是平民價！
