雖然在疫情下,但年近歲晚,總是要辦年貨買新衫。講到種類最齊最多商場,沙田火車站可算上一票。晚餐當然吃不了,午飯就選擇好一點,想想整個北區,想找間具水準的拉麵店真是有難度,剛好附近開了間「多賀野」拉麵店。「多賀野」來頭可不少,2014至2018年,連續四年榮獲東京米芝蓮指南推介、Tabelog全日本拉麵大獎、Ramen Walker日本最優秀拉面排行榜前10位,湯底以雞、豚及鰹魚熬製,喝起來有層次感,正。翻開餐牌,拉麵、沾麵及定食都有,麵條是店內即製,質素有保證。自家製吉列和牛芝士丸($72)炸至外層香脆,內裡芝士半溶,咬開呈拉絲狀態,口感豐腴,送啤酒一流。富山白蝦($58)炸得脆卜卜又香口,而且好乾身,毫無油膩的感覺,又是佐酒良伴。日式煎餃子($58)大家有無發覺,有時候叫食物,未必係好出色或名物,但係又好想食,對於自己而言,日式餃子是其一,無疑係煎得啱啱好,但又說不出好在那裡,總之就好想食。三得利啤酒($52)食得白蝦,當然要配杯啤酒,凍冰冰的感覺真好。兩位囝囝各自點了完熟水蜜桃汽水($38)及靜崗綠茶可樂($38),都是屬於比較少見的飲品。香蔥山椒叉燒拉麵($138)簡單的一碗叉燒

香蔥山椒叉燒拉麵($138)


簡單的一碗叉燒拉麵,放上了花山椒、胡椒及唐辛子,辣度即時倍升,奉勸未夠班食辣咪試;叉燒有兩大片,而且肥瘦相間,肉質軟滑,滿有肉香,麵條亦Q彈有嚼口,掛湯能力亦不俗,作價都算合理。

極上蟹皇沾麵($188)


可說是店方名物,鮮魚湯底加入了蟹膏,甜美自然,用上小蠟燭來令湯底保溫,亦見細微處,軟殼蟹炸得外脆內軟,其實真係好多菜色都能配酒享受,麵條沾上湯汁後,可以另加蟹膏及蟹肉一齊食,味道更濃,味覺大滿足。

豚鴨沾麵($168)


每口湯汁都有豚、鴨、雞及魚的鮮味,感覺層次分明,但卻又不似「六厘舍」或「五之神」的濃稠,個人就算不加木魚湯,仍是可以一乾而盡的。

麵條掛湯後依然柔韌,溏心蛋色澤亮麗,充滿蛋香,好味。

太太一向喜歡食西京燒,甜甜地、啖啖肉又無骨,蘸點些少沙律醬更滋味,清清味蕾又有漬蘿蔔及沙律,一人份量啱啱好。

抹茶紅豆千層蛋糕($38)


賣相有點似城中某間甜品店的名物,夾層的紅豆軟綿甜膩,吃得出的層次分明,有水準。

仍記得早兩年係機場上班,禁區內有間兩個字的連鎖拉麵店,試過有一次同檯四個人,全理食不到一半已經棄權走人,或者有人會覺得百幾蚊食碗麵好貴,但我寧願比多些少,食碗有誠意及難以挑剔的拉麵,總好過食到一半要掟筷子吖!
