想試大圍小館既然招牌菜好耐啦!聽聞呢度重有米芝連推介嘅懷舊小菜🤤不過呢度既booking真係好full,我要提前三個星期預約先至成功book到晚餐時段6:00-8:00勾魂叉✅呢個叉燒真係每一枱都必須定會點之物,所以我哋一早已經預留定,呢個係必食菜式之一果然真係冇令我失望,真係好好食呀😍一上枱店員首先會為叉燒掃上15年陳皮醬,然後用火槍將叉燒再微微燒香,雖然一碟只有5 件,但每一件叉燒都非常之厚切,由於叉燒厚道驚人所以每人食一件都真心已經夠底部配上脆米通,店員建議吃時可以黏著卜卜脆的米通同吃,別有一番風味😋叉燒雖然厚身,但肉質非常之軟香,好多肉汁,一啲都唔會乾,同個陳皮醬好夾,真係好香吖👍🏻蝦籽油燘筍呢個筍我好鍾意,好香蝦籽味道,筍亦炆得好入味😋腐乳流心蝦丸我哋見呢個好特別,又腐乳又流心咁,就叫咗一客試吓呢個一囗豆腐係用意大利醋做,酸酸甜甜好正😋好好食吖~薑米蒜香籠仔蒸蟹飯全晚最令我失望既菜式………..本身大家都對呢個籠仔蒸蟹飯好期待,因為上個月有朋友食過覺得幾好食,但係我哋當晚….首先個飯係完全冇味道既,個廚師唔記得落鹽?亦都冇蟹嘅鮮味,飯粒亦乾爭爭(唔係計粒粒分明既狀態),個蟹亦都

全晚最令我失望既菜式………..
本身大家都對呢個籠仔蒸蟹飯好期待,因為上個月有朋友食過覺得幾好食,但係我哋當晚….
首先個飯係完全冇味道既,個廚師唔記得落鹽?亦都冇蟹嘅鮮味,飯粒亦乾爭爭(唔係計粒粒分明既狀態),個蟹亦都唔新鮮(呢個一食就知)👎🏻
可能我哋當晚真係唔好采😆


其實如果唔計個籠仔蟹飯之外
其他食物全部都幾好食唔錯既😋
下次會想再來試吓飲茶,食下佢哋出名既懷舊點心😋
