雖然與之前介紹的另一款點心一樣,這個同樣用上藍天使蝦,不過這款卻出奇的美味,可以吃得出蝦的鮮味,及有彈牙的口感,配以竹筍的爽脆,有多種的層次感,而且水晶皮亦不會太厚及太軟。中間的迷你餃,原以為沒有餡料,但原來內有蝦肉,廚師的精湛技藝可見一斑。

Although similar to the previously mentioned dim sum dish, this one also features fresh blue prawns but stands out with its remarkable flavor. The prawns are noticeably fresh and have a satisfying texture with a hint of firmness, paired with the refreshing crunch of bamboo shoots, creating multiple layers of flavor and texture. Additionally, the translucent skin has the right thickness and texture, not too thick or soft. At first glance, the mini dumplings in the middle appear empty, but upon further inspection, they are filled with succulent shrimp, showcasing the chef's impressive culinary skills.

多款點心中,這款可算是最令人失望,因為基本上沒有甚麼味道,雖則知道賽螃蟹的味淡會較為清淡,但春卷以龍蝦作餡料,理應可以彌補不足,可惜的是完全吃不出春卷裡的龍蝦。

This one is the most disappointing among the various dim sum options as it lacks any distinct flavor. While it's well known that egg white tastes mild in flavor, the use of lobster as filling in the spring rolls should have made up for it, yet unfortunately, there is no hint of the lobster's taste at all.

The thick cut of fish maw is braised to a tender and gelatinous texture, while the sea cucumber has a satisfyingly chewy texture. The abalone boasts a deliciously briny flavor, and the chicken wrap is incredibly tender and smooth.
