米芝蓮一星⭐️新派法國菜Épure,$600左右就可以食到3 courses嘅lunch,性價比頗高。Baguette and Croissant 🥖 (8/10)餐前麵包係一間法國餐廳嘅fresh impression,很好的自家製麵包,配合自家製辣牛油,微辣易入口減少油膩感,效果更佳!Mushroom Soup (9/10) 🥣 Épure嘅蘑菇湯,標榜只用新鮮蘑菇本身內含嘅水份去煮,不加一滴水。效果極濃極鮮!比起直接食蘑菇更香濃,但不稠不膩,口感清新,極有驚喜!Wagyu Beef Tartare (8.5/10) 🥩 生牛肉他他,用日本和牛刺身造,質感特別軟滑,牛香較重。加入左洋葱、紅菜頭等蔬菜粒同醋,令口感更清爽更有層次,但略酸,有點兒搶走和牛的肉香。Toothfish (8/10) 🐟 白鱈魚柳,肉質嫩滑,鮮而不腥,油香滿溢,底下的蕃茄蔬菜醬汁,中和了魚的油膩。Soufflé (8.5/10) 🍮 梳乎厘帶杏仁香,口感鬆軟,入口即化,與雲尼拿雪糕相當配襯。
