To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 頂著米芝蓮一星的光環,不容錯過的點心店。其實在香港也有幾家分店,這家在商場裡,雖然叫做IFC店,但實際上並不在IFC主樓裡,相當難找。直正的位置在中環港鐵香港站L1樓,找不到建議問問路。今天帶國內朋友去的時候,排隊大概有三十多個人,排了一小時,因為太受歡迎所以人多,桌子都很小比較迫,不過旁邊的朋友卻吃得很開心,說很有港味。酥皮叉燒包真的名副其實,甜鹹的叉燒餡搭配口感非常好。排骨和之前在深水埗吃過的一樣好吃蝦餃餡料多,蝦仁彈牙 鳳爪 鮮蝦燒賣也是不錯添好運算米芝蓮一星餐廳中最平價,三個人吃了一百多不到兩百塊,也吃飽了。
