啱啱過咗5️⃣2️⃣0️⃣ 又可以講吓啱慶祝嘅餐廳✨呢間以招牌焗三黃雞聞名嘅 @louise.hkg 真係無失望當日食lunch 無揀到set lunch 叫左A la carte呢兩樣嘢食🐥𝑅𝑜𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝐻𝑜𝑛𝑔 𝐾𝑜𝑛𝑔 𝑦𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑤 𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑐𝑘𝑒𝑛 (𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑤𝑜-𝑓𝑜𝑢𝑟)首先兩個人絕對食唔晒😂 要打包❗️好簡單嚟講就係👇🏻雞味濃。脆皮。嫩滑。肥但唔油嘅雞🤣 雞胸都唔會乾⚠️呢隻雞仲會跟一個沙律同用鑄鐵鍋煮嘅雞飯個飯係用咗日本名米🌾新瀉米 加入雞湯葱花雞皮 勁邪惡😈 食少少已經飽左。。。🥚𝑆𝑚𝑜𝑘𝑒 𝑜𝑟𝑔𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑐 𝑒𝑔𝑔呢個係一個話就話係蛋料理但係薯蓉為主既dish ~ 唔知係咪食得太多日本靚蛋覺得佢呢個蛋就冇乜特別成個combination好似好簡單但係好好食😋 每次去米芝蓮⭐️餐廳都會期待佢個麵包同牛油🥖🧈由呢啲細微嘅位就可以睇到餐廳有冇心思✨Louise 既牛油係加左好多nuts❣️牛油係好creamy almost係要用cream咁形容 好好食!! 麵包係sourdough 正正常常 個牛油令我食哂啲包😋𝐴𝑚𝑢𝑠𝑒 𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑐ℎ𝑒 芝士薯蓉一口酥(我改嘅名)好難會記得啲menu無嘅

真係冇咁多位for甜品
但係我強烈推薦要食Madeleine & Cannelle
前者即叫即焗 熱辣辣外脆內軟 又唔會好甜
後者係迷你size 偏甜少少 雲呢拿味超香 細細粒好易入口


反而佢哋好多好靚嘅甜品我就冇乜興趣~
見到隔籬枱食咗兩啖就冇食🫣


Any肥。下次帶多幾個friend一齊去試多幾樣嘢👍🏻
