Short Rib 比較一般,冇咩特別。而Tenderloin肉質軟腍,配埋紅酒梅子汁好好食,薯蓉有驚喜,好綿滑好Creamy。

其實就係用雪葩+limoncello + Sparking Wine 攪拌而成,最後再刨上檸檬皮就完成,Staff會係客人面前親自調製,味道酸酸充滿清新檸檬味。
