原以為賣相平實,選用日本帶子足足成吋厚,肉質幼嫩,而置底的窩巴更不得了,炸至色澤淡雅,明顯是用上新油,所以毫無夾雜異味,脆卜卜的相當香口,與帶子形成兩種完全不同的口感,正。

Golden Leaf Fried Rice or Braised Noodles with Abalone Sauce

兩款都試了,炒飯不單好乾身,油份輕,而且加入了咸蛋黃,多了一份咸香,崧子令飯粒更有嚼口,作為單尾足以令人滿足。

至於撈麵汆水處理得宜,毫無討厭的梘水味,麵條緊扣鮑汁,惹味到一個點。

脆皮龜苓膏

Crispy Chinese Herbal Jelly

金葉庭的名物,席間有朋友多年前食過,依然印象深刻,就連一件甜品都盡量 homemade,的確令人有點意想不到,龜苓膏是貨真價實用龜板熬製,誠意度滿分,脆漿上得極薄,但又保持香脆的口感,上面灑上黃豆粉、菠蘿粒及糖漿,真是天使與魔鬼的結合,一食又係停不了。

整個套餐每位$638,最少兩位用,當然要加一服務費。

意猶未盡下,無雞不成宴,加上又想試下點心,一於追加。

炸子雞


用上新鮮龍崗雞,雞味自是不同,而且就連雞胸位都保持嫩滑,上皮及淋油相當有水準,雞皮薄得似張紙又夠脆,皮下脂肪又少,蘸點淮鹽更可口。

金箔蝦餃


近年酒店中菜廳,為了順應潮流,顧及客人對健康的需求,就算是蝦餃,都減少了肥豬肉的使用,而金葉庭的蝦餃就連筍尖都沒有,是貨真價實,純蝦肉的蝦餃,餃子皮搓得通透,略帶彈性,摺紋清晰綿密,貼上金箔更覺矜貴。

加上同行朋友的香芒凍布甸以及紅棗圓肉燉海底椰甜品的種類真係好多。

說說笑笑,時間過得真快,雖然外邊是橫風橫雨,但都無損大家心情,祝願朋友在新工作崗位一切順利。
