ˏˋ°•* 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘆, 鮨一魂 @sushiikkon ⁀➷自從上次unlock左omakase之後呢排又心思思想食多次~所以揀咗係酒店裡面比較清靜既 鮨一魂 @sushiikkon 試吓~ 餐廳得8個bar枱位 所以都要預早先book到~今次試咗中價位既lunch set~雖然壽司款式都比較大路 但整體食材新鮮 值得一試~ღ 櫻$780呢個餐會有茶碗蒸、刺身、手握壽司十二貫、玉子燒、味噌淮山湯甜品。茶碗蒸超滑,裡面加咗太刀魚,仲有淡淡嘅酒香,味道幾特別~食壽司前竟然竟然有章紅魚刺身,食落超新鮮,而且口感紮實好有驚喜!😍而最後抹茶雪糕都有驚喜~少少甜又唔會太苦澀😚啱啱好中和返成餐飯😚╰┈➤ 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱: 𝟳.𝟴/𝟭𝟬12貫壽司🍣☻︎ 平目魚魚本身味道比較淡, 口感軟腍,加左辣蘿蔔肉,食得出爽甜味道☻︎ 池魚味道濃郁~仲加左啲蔥中和返魚本身既腥味,比起平時食開嘅池魚更有魚味更出色☻︎ 北海道帆立貝食落超彈牙爽口~用左柚子胡椒調味, 更突出帶子嘅鮮甜☻︎ 鰹魚醬油漬魚邊以禾稈草炙燒過, 所以食落多一份層次又香甜~☻︎ 真鯛魚食落肉質特別柔軟~飯同真鯛魚
