To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

麥記美食係米芝蓮推介前已經係街坊的人龍店, 宜家更加吸引到外面的人嚟, 今日有緣經過附近, 忍吾住又過嚟。今次無叫最出名的生煎飽同小籠包, 而係叫了我的 comfort food, 咖喱魚蛋, 墨魚, 同生根。坦白講, 這些食物本身無乜太特別, 但佢背後的靈魂---辣辣咖喱汁令呢啲平平無奇的食物, 提升另一到層次, 令我念念不忘。 同場加映---- 酸辣湯, 不過呢個比較一般, 生粉水加配料的感覺太強烈。建議下次可留 quota 食其他野。
