朋友安排包房可以帶酒, 全Riesling襯川菜嘅體驗非常好蒜泥白肉 - 人多叫咗好多款前菜, 最有印象嘅菜式, 肉片透薄, 蒜味同醬料都恰到好處, 同其他地方食好唔同鄧記口水雞 - 如果係要求食極辣, 鄧記未必適合, 但喜歡有層次香辣, 呢個口水雞做得到陳醋海蜤頭 - 十分喜歡醬料, 陳醋香相當帶出海蜤頭爽甜呢幾款係要多食菜, 當然都係有水準啦😆歌樂山辣子雞 - 一上枱香氣四溢, 強勁過油後乾辣椒同花椒嘅香氣, 香麻雞丁外酥內嫩水煮桂魚 - 桂魚非常嫩滑, 不過配菜份量喧賓奪主酸菜龍脷魚 - 不比水煮桂魚遜色, 欣賞加咗冬瓜增加鮮甜味綿陽米粉 - 綿陽米粉緣於一位丞相, 相傳佢建議原料由粗變細, 變成呢家特色麵食, 比一般米線透徹同幼細, 呢個就紅湯肥腸口味一次過叫哂3款甜品, 醪糟冰粉最有記憶點, 冰粉滑嫩, 加花生增加口感同香氣, 為川菜夜畫上清爽輕甜嘅句號整體味道服務都好好, 做到「粗菜細做,細菜精造」, 但論價錢或者CP呢到就差少少, 前菜好多都3位數字, 桂魚份量唔多都接近500/碗, 係咪非食不可就值得商榷
